Accidentally overslept so ended up pulling a sicky for work OOPS! Kind of needed it though this weekend has exhausted me and I’ve definitely caught the cold off of my snotty boyfriend!

I ended up taking advantage of this and sleeping in til 12!

Breakfast:

  • 2 slices wholemeal 200g (HEX B)
  • 3 slices bacon, grilled, no fat (free)
  • Egg in Frylight (free)
  • Low salt ketchup (0.5 syns)
  • Tea with ss milk (part HEX A) and sweetener (free)

Lunch:

  • Mugshot to go Tomato & Herb pasta (free)
  • Banana (superfree)
  • Quavers (4.5 syns)

Dinner:

Made my first ever syn free lasagne!  Here are the ingredients for 4 portions (of which I had one portion)

  • Lasagne sheets (free)
  • Bag of Quorn mince (free)
  • Tin of chopped toms (superfree)
  • Tomato Puree, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper (free)
  • Lots of mushrooms, onions and mixed peppers (superfree)
  • 200g fat free natural yoghurt (free)
  • 100g Extra light Philadelphia (1 x HEX A)
  • 40g low fat cheddar (1 x HEXA)

Other:

  • 3x pints of low cal squash (free)
  • Options white hot choc (2 syns)
  • 2x Quorn mini scotch eggs (5 syns)

Total syns: 12 syns
